Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iHerb+ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
