The brew is indeed Emerald Green in color and has a sweet, full-bodied flavor. Green tea is known to contain high amounts of antioxidants.

Suggested Use
Brew one level teaspoon of leaf in twelve ounces water (175ĀŗF) for four minutes. We recommend using mineral or non-chlorinated water, as it will not distort the flavor. Using below boiling water will prevent the leaves from 'stewing', resulting in the best flavor.
