Ingredients

Pullulan, erythritol, natural peppermint flavor, plant cellulose, sorbitol, spirulina extract (phycocyanin), stevia leaf extract (steviol glycosides), and lecithin.

Suggested Use

For best results take 1 oral strip 30 minutes before bedtime. 

1. Peel open pouch. 
2. Remove strip. 
3. Place strip on tongue, let dissolve and swallow. Do not take more than 2 strips in any 24 hour period.
