Caffeine Per Serving: 30-40mg (about 1/3 a cup of coffee).
Suggested Use
Matcha Shot: Add one matcha stick pack (1 gram) to 2 oz of cool water and whisk, or shake with the same amount of cold water in a sealed container. Use 2 stick packs (2 grams) with the same amount of water for a double shot.
Traditional Hot Matcha: Add a 2 oz matcha shot (see above) to 2 oz of hot water (not over 170ĀŗF).
Iced Matcha: Add a 2 oz matcha shot to 6 oz of water or juice, serve over ice. Sweeten as desired.
