Suggested Use

1. Remove lid & straw. 
2. Add water, supplements & BlenderBall to cup. 
3. Secure lid and shake. 
4. Open slider to drink. 
5. Or, insert straw to sip.

Wash before using. Lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand washing the cup is recommended to preserve its finish.
