Wash hands, cup and all utensils thoroughly before preparing the drink. To make 1 serving (6.6 fl oz cup), add 3 level scoops (26.4g) of powder to 6 fl oz (180mL) of warm water (between 86ĀŗF/30ā and 100ĀŗF/38ā) into a clean cup. Stir, whisk or shake briskly until powder is dissolved. Test temperature on your wrist before serving. It should feel lukewarm, not hot. Serve immediately or refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
