Machine wash the cover only on delicate cycle or hand wash. Lay flat to air dry. Do not wash the inner filling bag.

Do not put eye pillow in microwave as it has metal zippers and may cause harm to the mask and microwave. Do not fit too tightly around head, face, and eyes. Adjust strap as needed.
